191 - Dracula’s Daughter (1936) - She Sucks Both Ways

Heather from Wednesday Wine and Horror joins Mike to celebrate Pride Month for this year. We will take a look back on Queer cinema and celebrate it all, from the coded to the obvious, the villains, to the heroes, the directors to the cast. We hope you will learn something or at least be entertained as we start with the first of 2 Black and White films that mask queer themes since they couldn’t be true to the source material.

This week, we start with Dracula’s Daughter, starring the daughter of the Dark Prince on a mission to seek modern therapy to cure her “unnatural” impulses, as she stalks both men and women alike on the streets of London.
